Sarah Cecil is a Chartered Sports Psychologist and has worked for the English Institute of Sport (EIS) since 2005. She has a BSc from St Andrews University and an MSc from Exeter University. Sarah has worked extensively with a range of sports for over 15 years including athletics, canoeing, fencing, shooting and women's rugby. She has provided sport psychology to Olympic, Paralympic, World and European medallists. She has travelled extensively with teams and was a key member of the multiple medal winning para-athletics team in London 2012. Sarah currently works at the Team GB Intensive Rehabilitation Unit at Bisham Abbey where she provides cutting edge psychological support for injured athletes.
