Sarah has 20 years’ experience working in the high performance sport industry. She is an exercise physiologist having worked and travelled with numerous Sports and supported athletes’ to success at Olympic/Paralympic and World Championship level. She was physiologist for GB Badminton in the 2004 Olympic cycle and most recently she was a senior physiologist with the British Rowing Team (2007-2016). She has held a position as technical lead at the English Institute of Sport where she managed, led and developed a team of sports scientists from a variety of disciplines. Sarah is near completion of a doctoral qualification investigating aspects of fatigue management in relation to sport and has experience of providing numerous physiological assessments of sporting fitness. Sarah is also British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) High Performance Sport Accredited and is an experienced reviewer for their laboratory and practitioner accreditation schemes. Sarah is available for consultations around practices for optimising training and performance e.g. sleep and recovery and overall training programme design.
